Culinary Competition

The juniors in our Culinary Arts program recently participated in a class cake competition. They formed teams, then their cake entries were judged by members of the baking community. Judges visited our Culinary kitchen from: Pinkie’s Bakery & Cafe in Chenango Bridge, Chroma Cafe & Bakery in downtown Binghamton and Gabriella’s Cakes, Johnson City. The cake entitled Tropical Honeymoon was the unanimous choice of the judges.
